Product Refund & Exchange Policy

At The Beauty Script, every product purchase is recommended as part of a carefully considered journey, curated to complement your treatment plan, your skin, and the quiet confidence we aim to restore. Our product range is clinical, tailored, and chosen to support your results beyond the walls of our clinic.

We kindly ask that product purchases are made thoughtfully, as we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds unless the product is genuinely faulty.

Non-Refundable Products

All retail products purchased from The Beauty Script, whether in clinic or via pre-arranged collection, are strictly non-refundable unless the item is confirmed to be faulty as defined below and in accordance with UK consumer standards.

 

This applies even if:

  • You change your mind

  • You no longer wish to use the product

  • You feel the product is not suitable after purchasing, unless clinically assessed

  • The product has been opened or used

 

Where clinically appropriate, we may, at our discretion, offer an exchange or clinic credit, provided the product meets the conditions below. Discretionary exchanges are not guaranteed and will only be offered where they do not compromise product safety, hygiene or regulatory compliance.

Exchange Conditions

We may consider exchanging a product under the following circumstances:

  • The product is unopened, fully sealed and in perfect, resalable condition

  • You contact us to request the exchange within 14 days of purchase

  • You are responsible for returning the product to the clinic in person or via secure delivery at your own expense

  • The product will be inspected upon return. If deemed suitable for resale, the amount paid may be applied as credit towards another product or treatment of your choice

Valid Reasons for a Refund

We are committed to supplying only products that meet strict clinical and quality standards. A full refund will be offered in the following rare circumstances:

  • The product packaging is damaged or compromised before you leave the clinic

  • The product is past its expiry date at the time of purchase

  • A genuine manufacturing defect is present, such as a faulty pump, broken seal inside an unopened product, or an inconsistency in formulation such as unusual texture, colour or smell


In these situations, please notify us within 48 hours of purchase, provide photographic evidence where possible, and return the product for assessment. If the product is confirmed to be faulty, a replacement or refund will be arranged promptly.

Important Legal Note

For hygiene and safety reasons, and in accordance with UK consumer legislation for clinical-grade skincare, we cannot accept the return of opened or used products under any circumstances unless a verified manufacturing fault is identified. This applies to all cosmetic, cosmeceutical and medical-grade skincare products.
