Before beginning any Script, all individuals must attend a full consultation with our medical practitioner. This ensures that your treatment plan is clinically appropriate, safe and aligned with any medical considerations that may require adjustment. Your Script will only proceed once it is confirmed that every element is suitable for you.
We also understand that life can change, which is why we have designed our Script policy to be fair, flexible where appropriate, and always centred around your wellbeing.

Redemption Period
All Scripts and treatment packages must be redeemed within 12 months of the purchase date. This ensures treatment consistency, maintains safety standards and allows your journey to progress as planned.
After 12 months, any unused treatments within your Script will expire and cannot be redeemed or refunded. This applies even if your aesthetic goals have changed, as treatment packages reserve clinician time, clinical resources and product allocation at the time of purchase.

Medical and Health-Related Exceptions
We understand that circumstances such as pregnancy, medical treatment or significant health-related changes may affect your ability to continue your Script.
In these instances, we are able to pause your package for up to 12 months, allowing you to resume when it is medically safe. Proof of medical circumstance may be requested to ensure we apply this flexibility appropriately and in line with clinical standards.

Treatment Intolerance or Preference Changes
We recognise that, occasionally, you may prefer not to continue with a specific treatment within your Script, whether due to personal preference, sensitivity or dissatisfaction with that particular element of the plan.
If you decide not to proceed with an individual treatment included within your Script, we are happy to transfer the value of that treatment towards another treatment from our offering, of equal value.
If the treatment you choose is of greater value, the difference can simply be paid on the day of your appointment.
