Some treatments require consistency, layering, or a series of appointments to achieve the most harmonious, long-lasting outcome. True refinement doesn’t happen overnight — it’s a process, and we are here to guide you through it with honesty, patience, and care.
Managing Expectations
Before every treatment, we take time to understand your concerns, your preferences, and your vision. We will always guide you honestly about what’s achievable and what may require more time, more sessions, or a gradual approach to avoid overdone, unnatural results.

This means that sometimes, beautiful, lasting results require patience and partnership between you and your practitioner.
Refund Policy for Treatments
We are deeply committed to ensuring you feel cared for and supported through every step of your aesthetic journey. However, we kindly ask our clients to understand the following:
✔️ Refunds are not offered on treatments, regardless of perceived result or personal expectations that differ from the natural, medically expected outcome.
✔️ Every individual responds differently to treatment. Results depend on factors like your skin quality, natural anatomy, and how your body metabolises or responds to the product or treatment technique.
✔️ We are proud of our reputation for honest aftercare, clear communication, and continued support. Should you have concerns post-treatment, we welcome you to contact us — we are always here to assess, guide, and support you. But refunds based on subjective dissatisfaction or a desire for faster, more dramatic results are not offered.
✔️ In the rare case of a medical concern — such as unexpected swelling, discomfort, or other complications — we will always see you as a priority, provide assessment, and where clinically appropriate, offer solutions. However, this does not extend to refunding the treatment fee. Your wellbeing remains our first priority.
Packages & Script Credit Policy
When you purchase a package — or what we call a Script — you’re investing in a considered, step-by-step approach to your aesthetic goals. We understand that sometimes preferences change, which is why:
✔️ If you no longer wish to proceed with a specific treatment within your package, the value of that treatment can be transferred as credit towards another service of your choice.
✔️ However, partial refunds for discontinued packages are not offered. We are happy to work with you to adapt your journey, but kindly ask for your understanding that treatments already planned, booked, or performed remain non-refundable.
