Refund Policy for Treatments
We are deeply committed to ensuring you feel cared for and supported throughout your aesthetic journey. However, we kindly ask clients to understand the following:
Refunds are not offered on treatments under any circumstances, including perceived lack of result, personal dissatisfaction or outcomes that differ from individual expectations. Treatments are clinical services, and results vary from person to person.
Every individual responds differently. Factors such as metabolism, skin quality, lifestyle and natural anatomy can influence how results develop.
We encourage open communication. If you have concerns post-treatment, we welcome you to contact us. We are always here to assess, support and advise you. However, dissatisfaction based on subjective expectations, desired speed of results or personal preference does not qualify for a refund.
In the rare case of a medical concern, such as unexpected swelling, discomfort or other adverse effects, we will always prioritise your care, provide assessment and offer clinically appropriate solutions. This duty of care does not extend to refunding treatment fees.
Adjustments, follow-up appointments or additional treatments may be recommended where medically suitable, but these are not provided in place of a refund.

Packages and Script Credit Policy
When you purchase a package, or Script, you are investing in a carefully designed, step-by-step journey towards your aesthetic goals. We understand that preferences sometimes change, which is why:
If you no longer wish to proceed with a specific treatment within your Script, the value of that treatment may be transferred as credit towards another service of your choice.
Partial refunds for part-used or discontinued packages are not offered. Treatments within a Script reserve clinical time, resources and product allocation, and for this reason remain non-refundable.
We are happy to support you in adapting your journey where clinically appropriate, but unused portions of a Script cannot be refunded.
