Glabellar (frown) lines develop through repeated muscle contraction over time. In the early stages, the lines are dynamic (seen mainly with movement), but with ongoing activity they can become increasingly visible even when the face is at rest.

In this case, we treated the concern on two levels: botulinum toxin was used to gently reduce excessive activity in the glabellar muscle complex, helping soften the movement pattern that drives the lines, while supportive regenerative care was introduced to improve skin quality and encourage collagen support. The glabellar region is anatomically delicate, so precision and careful technique are essential throughout.

Results develop gradually, with visible softening typically appearing over the following two weeks, and downtime is usually minimal.

Treatment was performed using needle technique, with careful placement to support symmetry and a seamless finish. As with all dermal filler treatments, we plan for structure, proportion and how the lips move in real life - speaking, smiling and at rest.

Downtime is usually minimal, although temporary swelling and/or mild bruising can occur.

This patient came to us concerned about increased shedding and gradual thinning along the hairline and crown - common early signs of follicle weakening and reduced scalp circulation.

We selected PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma), a regenerative treatment using the patient’s own blood: a small sample is taken, processed to isolate platelet-rich plasma, and then injected into targeted areas of the scalp to deliver growth factors that help activate weakened follicles, support circulation, and gradually strengthen and thicken existing hair.

Results are not immediate, and we are always transparent about that from the first consultation: many patients notice reduced shedding within the first few weeks, with visible improvements in density typically developing over 2-3 months.
