Appointments & Deposits

A £100 deposit is required to secure your appointment. Your deposit is fully redeemable against your treatment on the day.

Once booked, you will receive a secure payment link. This link remains active for 12 hours — if the deposit is not completed within this time, the booking will be automatically cancelled and the slot released.

For appointments booked on the same day or within less than 12 hours of your chosen time, a 4-hour payment window applies. Our team will confirm this with you directly at the time of booking.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours’ notice should you need to cancel or reschedule. With sufficient notice, your deposit will be carried over to your new appointment date. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or appointments not attended, will result in the deposit being retained. This allows us to offer your time to another client and ensures every appointment receives the care and preparation it deserves.

Package Treatments: Cancellation Terms

If you have purchased a treatment package, please note that our standard 48-hour cancellation policy applies to each individual session within your package. In the event of a cancellation or no-show with less than 48 hours’ notice, one session will be deducted from your package. This policy exists to protect the time and care reserved exclusively for you.

Arrival & Punctuality

Please arrive 10 minutes early. Arrivals over 15 minutes late may be cancelled. Deposit will be retained if treatment cannot proceed.

Treatment Suitability

All treatments are subject to medical assessment. The clinic reserves the right to refuse treatment, postpone treatment, or recommend alternatives. Your safety always comes first.

Results & Refund Policy

Results vary between individuals. Treatments are non-refundable. Additional sessions may be required. The clinic provides support and follow-up care if needed.

Follow-Up Care

First-time anti-wrinkle injections clients receive a 2-week follow-up. Follow-ups must occur within 2–3 weeks. Other treatments reviewed only if clinically needed.

Aftercare & Complications

Mild swelling, bruising, and lumps are normal. Serious symptoms must be reported immediately. Support and reviews are provided where needed.

Pregnancy & Breastfeeding

The Beauty Script does not offer injectable treatments during pregnancy for your safety. Limited treatments may be available while breastfeeding. Full disclosure is required before treatment.

Patch Testing

Not required for most treatments. Mandatory for dissolving filler. Conducted on the same day when needed.

Photography & Consent

Clinical photography is mandatory. Images are stored securely in line with GDPR. Marketing use requires explicit consent.

Products & Retail

Products are non-refundable unless faulty. Exchanges may be offered under strict conditions. Faulty products must be reported within 48 hours.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers may be redeemed against any treatment or consultation at The Beauty Script and are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable, and hold no cash value. They cannot be exchanged for currency, transferred to another individual, or used as grounds for a chargeback. Any unredeemed balance will expire at the close of the validity period. Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.

Treatment Packages (Scripts)

Valid for 12 months. Can be paused for medical reasons. Value can be transferred, but not refunded.

Children & Clinic Policy

Children under 16 must be accompanied. Failure to comply may result in cancellation.

Feedback & Complaints

Acknowledged within 3 business days. Response provided within 7 business days. Handled confidentially and professionally.
