What is mesopeel MD PhenTCA?
mesopeel MD PhenTCA is a high-impact regenerative peel that works by initiating a controlled response within the skin — stimulating collagen remodelling, activating fibroblasts, and replacing damaged tissue with renewed skin.

- Loss of skin density and firmness
- Post-acne scarring
Not suitable for
- Fitzpatrick skin types IV–VI (increased pigmentation risk)
- Pregnancy or breastfeeding
- Active skin infection or open wounds
- Recent injectables or microneedling (minimum clearance required)
A mandatory patch test is performed approximately 10 days before treatment. Thorough skin preparation at home is required for a minimum of 14 days prior.

What to expect.

Preparation (14 days before)
A prescribed homecare preparation routine begins at home to prime the skin.

Patch test (~10 days before)
A small test application is performed to assess your skin’s response.

Treatment day
Valentina applies the peel using gauze with careful, gentle technique across the treatment areas. A cooling mask and barrier-repair products are applied in clinic immediately after.

Recovery (days 1 to 10)
Expect peeling, redness, tightness, and possible swelling. This is part of the regeneration process. The skin will look worse before it improves.

Results
Improvement begins to appear as the skin regenerates, continuing to refine over the following weeks.
Aftercare
Caring for your skin.
- Apply Vaseline at least twice daily, more frequently if required
- No active skincare ingredients for the first 7 days
- Do not pick or peel the skin — this significantly increases pigmentation risk
- Cleanse gently; pat dry, do not rub
- No in-clinic treatments for 4 months after PhenTCA (no peels, no microneedling, no energy-based devices, no injectables)
