The treatment
What is Hyaluronidase?
Hyaluronidase is an enzyme that breaks down hyaluronic acid filler. It is used to correct over-treatment, migration, or unevenness, and to reset an area before rebuilding.
It is a precise, medical treatment. We assess what is present and why before recommending it, and we never dissolve without a clear plan for the result. Because the enzyme removes the filler itself, the dissolution of pure hyaluronic acid is permanent: once it is gone, it is gone, and the area returns to its natural state.
The method
How it works.
The enzyme is injected into the areas where filler is to be removed. It begins working within hours, and the area continues to settle over the following days.
The result is permanent for the dissolved filler. Where a rebuild is planned, we allow the tissue to recover fully before any new treatment, with timing guided clinically.

What to expect.
Step 01
Your consultation
Every face has a story, and before anything else we take time to understand yours. We review your medical history, read your face in movement, and explain what we recommend and why, so the plan is clear before we begin.
Step 02
Your treatment
A patch test for the enzyme is always carried out, within the same appointment. The enzyme is then injected into the treated areas, with the appointment taking up to forty-five minutes. A separate repeat visit is not needed, except in the rare event of an allergic reaction, in which case we stay with you, support you, and talk through the alternatives.
Step 03
Your aftercare
Mild swelling is normal and settles within days, and you are never left to wait it out alone. Our client care team checks in and stays in close contact while the area settles, and we guide the timing of any planned rebuild based on exactly how you recover. By the time the swelling has gone, you have a clean, balanced base and a clear plan for what comes next.
