What is HArmonyCa?
HArmonyCa is a hybrid injectable that works on two levels at once. It combines hyaluronic acid, which restores volume and gives an immediate, natural lift, with calcium hydroxyapatite (CaHA), which stimulates your own collagen over the following weeks and months.
The result is both instant and progressive: a visible lift on the day, followed by a gradual improvement in firmness and skin quality. Because of the CaHA component, the lift is stronger and longer-lasting than that of hyaluronic acid alone.
It is applied superficially to the lateral areas of the face, where the tension gently draws the tissues up and outwards. It is particularly well suited to loss of volume and early laxity in the lower third — the cheeks, jawline, and chin — for those who want both an immediate result and a long-term improvement in skin quality.

HArmonyCa is placed in the deeper layers of the skin, giving immediate support from the hyaluronic acid while the biostimulator prompts gradual collagen production.

Step 01
Your consultation
Every face has a story, and before anything else we take time to understand yours. We review your medical history, read your face in movement, and explain what we recommend and why, so the plan is clear before we begin.
Step 02
Your treatment
A topical numbing cream is applied before treatment to ensure you are comfortable throughout. HArmonyCa is then injected into the deeper layers of the treatment area, with the appointment taking around forty-five minutes. Most patients find the procedure very manageable.
Step 03
Your aftercare
Any mild swelling or tenderness afterwards typically settles within a few days. The morning after your appointment, one of our client care team will check in with you personally, and we stay in touch as the result develops, because the improvement continues to build long after you leave us. You see the lift immediately, and watch it deepen and refine naturally over the months that follow.
