The treatment
What are Polynucleotides (PDRN)?
Polynucleotides are regenerative molecules derived from highly purified fish DNA — salmon or trout depending on the product (Rejuran uses salmon, Plinest uses trout). They are purified to a high degree in the laboratory, leaving no fish protein behind.
Rather than adding volume, they improve the underlying quality and health of the skin from within, complementing rather than replacing other treatments where volume is also needed.
They are particularly suited to the delicate under-eye area, though they are equally effective across the face as a whole. Because the product is fully purified and free of fish protein, it is suitable for those with a shellfish allergy, with final suitability always confirmed at your consultation. As the source is animal-derived, it is not suitable for those following a vegan lifestyle.

Polynucleotides are introduced into the skin across the treatment area, where they stimulate repair and improve hydration and elasticity.

Step 01
Your consultation

Your treatment
The treatment is delivered through fine injections across the area, taking around thirty minutes, and small marks settle quickly. In most cases your first session can take place on the same day as your consultation, so there is no need for a separate visit.
Step 03
Your aftercare
Downtime is minimal and the small injection points settle within a day or two. We recommend a course of three or six sessions and guide the spacing for the best outcome, staying in close contact as the repair builds beneath the surface. The result is not more product, but better skin, gradually revealing itself as your own.
